How Much Water Should I Drink


Most people need to drink water every day. Women need about 2.7 liters of fluids and men need approximately 3.7 liters of fluids every day.

Depending on things like your age, weight, health, levels of activity you may need to drink more or less water. If you have health problems, are pregnant or breast feeding you should discuss this with your Doctor for specific recommendations.
